About book It's Like This (2014)

This was not a typical Bdsm book but on a whole I thought it was really good and heartfelt. This seemed more real to me then most books. It was not a made up romance it felt real to me and believable. I liked being able to relate to the characters no matter what your preference. Every single one of us has felt that insecure feeling at some point in time and questioned what the hell are we doing. I hope to read more by this author and soon. Just devoured this last night and this morning before work.Still sinking in - I think it'll be on the re-read list.I really liked it. Sucked me in, made me really care about the MC. The first person voice was really well done and realistic and not written liek a middle aged mum trying to think like a teenager, which I just cringe at and it makes me delete delete delete and run away from my Kindle. There were tiny parts that didn't feel like it was two 19 year olds but older characters in such a story - but I enjoyed it anyway.Would love to read more about these characters
