Brady and Tori get together and everything seems fine at the end of book 1 even after the explosive situation with Brady's pyscho mother - but things take a turn in this book. All good things need to come to an end or there would be no storyline - right? Brady is working on his music and forms a band. Tori feels left out. You sort of get the impression in this book that she is a bit needy and whiny - maybe even a bit mentally ill (even though it is never mentioned). She wants all the attention. So she takes off and goes and stays with her parents and tries to find herself leaving Brady, Liv and Tug behind. But that does not last too long. This is where things heat up - get the kleenex ready because this book a real tear jerker. The love triangle is still strong. Tori loves Brady but she does love Tug too. Tug and Tori meet again and well let's say things get a bit out of control. Then Brady decides he wants to be the knight and shining armour and get his girl back. Of course things seem to going all right. Tori moves back in with him and then she finds out she is pregnant. Uh oh!!!!! Storyline one..... Brady and Tori seem to get over that hurdle and then storyline two..... this one begins with Davy from band. Tori and Brady go through a terrible loss. Then storyline three......all about Brady -his past arrives on his doorstep. So can you say rollercoaster!!!!! That is what this book is -- one challenge after another or should I say emotional, stomach turning chaos. But it does make you believe in love. Thank heavens for Gabe -- he really saves the day. This book should really come with a warning -- how to derail your life and get it back on track. Tori, Liv, Brady and Tug are all survivors. You can understand why they want to give back and help others who have suffered because they know what pain feels like.Another good book. I recommend it. Ok, ladies and gents...break out the tissues and prepare yourself for an emotional rollercoaster! KJ has done it once again and delivered a beautiful yet heartbreaking story...what a great storyteller. This book like the first sucked me in and I was up til 4am finishing it, I just couldn't stop because I wanted that HEA! "Ours is a love that won't be dispelled simply by ignoring it. It can't be concealed by separation. The heart knows no distance, only misery. It will never let me forget her, and I'm a fool to think I can." Oh swoon, Brady just does it for me, so sweet, sexy and alpha all wrapped up in pkg. I was shocked by a lot of the heartbreaking events in this book, but I believe it all lead to what everyone really needed, after all the "heart wants what the heart wants" and "nothing worth having ever comes easy." I was on the edge of my seat and had to stop reading in occasion to stop the sobbing. I love all the characters, getting little glimpses of their story here and there is what makes this book so great! Tori, what can I say, she is one tough bitch, not many people would servive what she did. "After everythinh Brady and I have been through, I've learned true love always prevails...as long as your willing to fight for it. And we've fought hard. A broken heart is never irreparable..." I'm hoping everyone gets a book. Oh and I absolutely hate Annabelle! I love Tug, my heart breaks for him and I want everything to go good for him, I'm anxious for his story and will read it as soon as I'm done with this review. Thank you KJ for such a wonderful story, I will read every book you write, I'm hooked! Oh and I'd love to read a book about Davey...just saying
