5 starsI need more Zolt…I received a copy for an honest review and need the next book NOW. I almost screamed when this one ended, but it would have woken up the kids. This story has such depth to the characters as they are introduced. You can feel the pain and share in their passions with the way DL Raver writes. I will be reading more of this series.The pain that Zolten has gone through would take down many people but he’s pushed on and moved back to Arizona. Irelyn was there for that pain filled day but just what seemed a hallucination to Zolt. Imagine his surprise when he sees that she is real.Irelyn has been through her own pain and loss. She knew she had some sort of connection with Zolt 6 years ago but until he started working with her father, in the same office she did, she couldn’t know what that connection would lead to.Reviewed by: Rachel Farradzs WOW !!!!! Where do I begin? First you have Irelyn, who is the daughter of a big time lawyer; Zolt, who is an ex professional football player; Marcus, who is just dark and twisted.Zolt and Irelyn first met when Zolt got injured during a football game he just didn't know her name. When he became a lawyer he was offered a job in the same town as what he use to play for so he accepted. He just didn't know that the girl that he thought wasn't real was and lived and worked where he did. Irelyn was just as surprised to see Zolt as he was her. They wanted to be together but couldn't until she left Marcus. Irelyn was dating Marcus after her brother was murdered. There was no emotions there between them at all. Bit what Irelyn didn't know was what dark businesses Marcus was into. When she broke up with him, she didn't know exactly how twisted he was. Marcus was dark and took what he want and it didn't matter what stood in his way. He had such a twisted mind that he had Irelyn's father indebted to him. But what happens next is not normal.What does Marcus do to Irelyn? What twisted and dark businesses is Marcus into? Can Zolt and Irelyn have a relationship that they deserve? What really happened to Irelyn's brother? What did her father do to be indebted to Marcus? This ends in a cliffhanger but it keeps you guessing all the way through the book.I would recommend this to my friends
