I chose this book due to my love of all things vampire. What I got was a wierd combination of Twilight and the Vampire Diaries but the suspense the book intended to build fell so short to me. i enjoyed the multi person focus and gathering the insights of different people but many moments such as Sophia's feelings were completly repetitive. Sophia's love interest is a complete bore. It literally is the EXACT same as twilight boy meets girl one wants to kill or love the other they accept their love blah blah hate it! There is also the addition of witch sisters --vampire diaries meets charmed feel with book of shadows. I am so mad that I hated this book because the excerpt quote that it started with was brilliant and emotional... soulmate stories have so much potentional and this just fell so short for me.
