I haven't read the first book in the series yet, which always makes me a bit antsy, but I was completely comfy with reading this out of order as it is truly a stand alone story.This has a great story line, sexy well developed characters (a feat in a short novella) and steamy romance with hot chemistry. I hope Jones decides to write a full length novel featuring these characters introduced in the three brothers' novellas.Quick note on my sexual rating of Steamy (2 of 4). Even though there is some oral and a ménage, the sex is not very detailed or graphic and the scenes are quick (as one might expect in a novella). This is not a bad thing, nor a criticism, just an explanation as to why a story with elements of a Hot! (3) or a Four Alarm Fire (4) rating has a Steamy one instead.
