This book was a bit of a disappointment after the first one in the series. Some of the characters from the first book have been carried through to this one, but it just seemed to be lacking. The main characters have emotional baggage they are each dealing with, which they struggle with through the course of the book. While there are some lessons that can be learned....the ending was very abrupt (almost like a few chapters had been tipped out) and it leaves the reader with no real resolution. This book (#2 in the series) and #1 were free. I didn't like the abrupt ending in the first book and hoped there would be resolution of the protagonists' unresolved conflict in this one. Unfortunately, in this book the hero and heroine from the first book were happily married with a baby on the way but it wasn't clear how they overcame the issues that were keeping them apart. Although the ending for this book had no resolution, it wasn't quite as abrupt as Book #1. I won't read any more books in the series because I expect some closure or at least a partial resolution when I reach the end. Not only was there no resolution at the end of this book, but the conflict in book #1 seemed to magically disappear by book #2.
Do You like book Honor Redeemed (2012)?
I would of gave it a 4 or 4.5 stars but once again a rushed horrible ending.
