Loved it, loved it, LOVED IT! I started Going Down in Flames at 6.30pm and sat and read it right through to the end at 11pm that same night.It has a fantastic story line with wonderful and colourful characters and I just couldn't put it down. The dynamic between the main character Bryn and the other characters is just fantastic. There's so much witty banter in this book, which I absolutely live for! Between that and the great story line I was completely hooked. The first thing I did was checked to see if there was a second book and luckily there will be next year. I can't wait to read it!!!! I highly recommend to anyone into dragons and just fantasy in general. You will not be disappointed, I promise! ~~I received this in exchange for honest review~~OK, since this is the internet, most of you have no clue that I have 6 dragon tattoos, and want more! So when I started reading this book and found out that the characters were dragons, I knew that this book was going to take me on a wile ride!! And that is what this book took me on. Bryn is getting ready to turn 16, but when she does she is in a huge surprise. But a week before her birthday, her world is turned upside down. She has to leave everything that she knows and go to a boarding school for people like her. Being a human is hard, Being a half-breed dragon is hell. I believe that this is the first book that I have read by Chris, and I can tell you that this isn't going to be the last. I mean, how could it? I really want to see what happens with Bryn and Zavian. You can tell that Chris gets really excited about writing. It shows in her words. This book is a roller coaster and it is a really wild ride. There are so many twists and turns in this book that you will read this book until there isn't anything left to read. I couldn't put this book down at all. I loved every minute of this book that I read. I can't wait to read what Chris put out next!!
