Freaky by Nature is Mia Dymond's third book in her Seals, Inc. series. Each book can be read as a stand alone book but they all feature recurring characters so I do recommend reading the other books too.In Freaky by Nature, Brett Steele gets the opportunity to help quirky Holly London. Someone is stalking Holly and sabotaging her gym so the Seal teams steps in to help. I enjoyed the story line and really enjoyed Holly, thought she was a great interesting character. Definitely recommend this story. A sensuous dancer/business woman and a hot former SEAL - yes Freaky by Nature is Holly and Brett’s story and the third in this series.Holly is the owner of a gym cleverly titled Fitness in the Buff(I love the name!), she teaches pole dancing, does a little extracurricular naughty dancing herself on the side as Madame X and likes to sunbathe nude...which Brett has seen first hand. Brett’s been wanting to get close to the cool Ms. Holly but she’s been keeping him at arms length. So when her health club is vandalized and her life threatened, it provides the perfect opportunity for Brett to be Holly’s shadow and stick to her like glue until the danger is resolved. Not such a bad gig for Brett since he gets to spend time in Holly's company and he doesn’t mind being on hand when she teaches those pole dancing classes. Holly’s been keeping a secret from everyone and it’s the reason she refuses to let Brett get close. She can sense peoples emotions and sees colours around their auras...so she knows Brett has the hots for her but she doesn’t think he will accept her because of her ability so she keeps him at arms length...well for a little while anyway. We get lots of Hawk and Rachel and their new little bundle of joy, Max and a pregnant Cameron who is driving her man even more nuts if that is possible (but they’re still my favorite couple) and also get re-introduced to Claire (Brett’s twin sister) and the other member of the team Shadow. Freaky by Nature was a fun read, just not my favorite in the series to date.
