This was by far the hardest read ever. I skimmed half of it, the way it had suddenly changed timelines/scenes suddenly without warning annoyed me and at times I had to stop and think what the heck was going on.On the flipside, loved Dante! He was a package full of emotions and HOTNESS. If it weren't for him along with the other characters Paul and Jack so adorable and Amy bless her, then I would not have given this book a star at all.Cait well she was a handful, pissed me off most of the time because of her stupidity. in saying that I give her credit for everything she endured. Dante "Inferno" JonesThis novel gets an A+ for having a leading lady with body image issues and portraying those issues in a very real way, including the cruel things that people say and do. That is not an easy thing to do and this author does it with class. I could be wrong here but I believe an actual weight was never mentioned.(If it is it isn't a big focus) Just the fact that she had lost 80lbs and while she is fit she is not super thin. I love this! It opens it up for many women of all different sizes to be able to picture themselves as Cait. Add to all of that a leading male who is chiseled, who finds her beautiful and desirable without just being a "chubby chaser" and you have a fantastic book!While I do think that this was a very good novel and the chemistry between Dante and Cait is off the charts! The writing style was good and the dialogue between the characters very witty and fun.I did have just a couple small issues. Dante had a very specific viewpoint on weight issues,yet he overcomes this way too fast and easy I felt that there should have been just a bit more build up. Also having such a hardcore moral reaction to comments about weight I expected a bit more reaction or legal follow-up to Sentoris assault on Cait after their date and the kidnapping,I found it just a little disturbing that nothing was ever mentioned.
