Sara's honesty and window to her heart is beautifully penned to encourage all to look for the goodness of God in every situation. I really appreciate how she points her readers to scripture rather than her journal pages. Tears streamed in joy as I learned the news of God's long awaited blessing for Sara and Nate and also the pain they have endured. Her passion has inspired me from up close and afar. She's more than a blogger, she's a very talented writer and I look forward to reading more of her journey. The Hagertys follow hard after Christ. I went into this book with huge expectations, which is a lot of pressure for one book to hold. It's been a hard few years and I was hoping for a book to make sense of it all. In a way this book did, but it also felt like such a personal sharing of her story (what else can she tell?) that I had trouble relating in many cases. There are some truly beautiful words in here, but I guess I was hoping for something different. Or with more practicals maybe.
