well, Levy's wording is nice, purely nice. But anywise upon reading the book i felt inwardly the need of reaching literatural way of this, while not seeing satisfying descriptions or expressions. Because the book starts surprisingly touching on mentioning about the deepest pains of not having a proper family and especially a 'father' standing by of a child. Going on the book those i said become blurry and then there goes a simple narration without focusing on the main thing of the book; "being the thief of the shadows"... La scrittura di Levy è come impermeata di magia,ma non quella del mondo fantasy,bensì quella della parola.Eppure,questo lo definirei un piccolo racconto su un dono inaspettato,arrivato non si sa come, ad un ragazzino: il potere di assorbire le ombre delle persone per scoprire il loro dolore e cercare di aiutarle. Il racconto si trasforma,poi,in una storia d'amore e d'amicizia,senza spiegare alcunchè.Mi aspettavo di meglio,ma mi ha fatto comunque piacere leggerlo.
