I loved Arthur but man alive this one felt so cheesy! Isabel was corny as hell/not in a cute way. I couldn't even get through the whole thing. I don't know what happened with this series, it went downhill so fast for me. I love the concepts do I kept with them but damn. I wish I had left it at Goddess of Spring which I found the most interesting and fun of all. I have to read the first book and Goddess of Rose to complete the series. I'm praying they redeem the collection. This is a great book. But the thing you can't do is compare it to the other summoning books. It is a totally different kind of book. yes it does have a goddess in it but it is more based on the king Arthur legend. Like the goddess of the rose is kind of based on beauty and the beast. That being said the legend is told well. I love the twist she makes to the story.If you are looking for a happy book where not only two people fall in love but four this is the book for you. It is a well written book that I am sad to see, got some bad reviews from people who did not totally understand where she was trying to go with it. this book and the goddess of the rose were two great book that were mythology mixed with a legend and a story. Definitely a must read!! :)p.s. I became a member just to tell everybody that the bad reviews were wrong and that it really is a GREAT book. :)
