This is a great book that covers strong emotions. Its a quick read that has all the great qualities of a romance. You fall in love with Pearce and his awesome persistence. That is what most women want, a man who loves her without a doubt. And Alexia is so strong. She is a great independent women. But she has a terrible past, like we all do, and it takes a great shocker to get her out of the slump to a brighter better future. And I'm glad she did.Spoilers!!!!!I really liked how these two interacted together. It never seemed forced and was very casual. The sex scenes were intimate but not to over revealing for those that aren't comfortable with it. The Kidnapping scene I thought was excellently done and the creepier was creaptastic. I liked how things would settle and you almost forget about the past and Alexia almost being murdered until that creep shows up. And how things slowly revealed. It was also great how realistic the whole thing was. Family issues. Drug and alcohol problems. The attempt murder. Even the surgery, where not a lot of detail was given but it had been well given. I really enjoyed this book. It was a great quick read that had been very invigorating. I thought that this was a great book. Pearce is really perfect and knew exactly how to handle Alexia. I liked Alexia, she is for sure broken but in a crime against her she is able to turn her life around and give in to the man that makes her whole. I felt sorry for the pain that Alexia felt towards her crappy ass family but loved how Pearce's family took her in and made her part of the clan. Great book about losing yourself and letting someone else help you put yourself back together again. I loved how Pearce and Alexia felt for one another. Great story cant wait to read more from A.M. Hargrove.
Do You like book Edge Of Disaster (2012)?
