(This is more of an experience with the book then an actual review)Ok. Let's start with the fact that I read this book about a year or two ago...maybe more. So I def didnt know it was a series. *yikes* I don't really remember much now. But I feel like I might of been confused at some points [prob because it wasn't the first book], and honestly I'm not even sure if I finished it. *double yikes* I just wanted to share that experience. Teehee This is the second book I've read by Ms. Moriarty, and I'm so happy to report that I finally understand what it is that people love about her writing style. It took a while for me to warm up to this one and I thought about leaving it unfinished - I'm very glad I didn't! The voices and personalities of the different characters definitely stood out individually, (particularly in audiobook format), but what I really loved was how even the most seemingly disparate strands of the story got woven together in the end. I will definitely be trying some of the other Ashbury High books.
One of the best young-adult I've read in awhile. Good use of email, blog and letters to tell story.

Love this book and love Jaclyn Moriarty. The ending of this was simply mind-blowing.

Maybe i wasn't in the mood for a ghost story. I wasn't a fan of the format i guess.

Surprisingly compelling, yet I remember little of the plot. Mild ghost action.
