About book Die Stunde Der Spieler: Midnight Hour 5 Roman (2010)
In this installment, Kitty and her fiance Ben travel to Las Vegas to tape a live episode of Kitty’s Midnight Hour show; as well as get married. In true Kitty fashion, she decides to try and do something low key and of course things never go quite the way she envisions them.I felt that things were kind of stagnant in this book. Yeah, we get to meet some new characters, bounty hunters, magicians and new shapeshifters but most didn't draw my attention. Of the new characters, Dom was the most intriguing and had the most character depth. Dom left me with tons of questions as to his role in the Vampire world and what exactly his motivation is. Overall, Kitty and the Dead Man's Hand was OK but not up to par with the previous novels for me. Although, I will be continuing with the series because I love Kitty's voice and can't wait to see what she does next. This was a really good book. I was expecting Ben and Kitty to get married because of their wolves having claimed each other as mates but to go to Vegas to do it and then get involved in some pretty bad dealings? That is just plain Kitty fashion. Now that Ben and Kitty are married are they going to have a honeymoon or are things going to go to hell in a hand basket as things tend to do for them? What will Cormac think of them getting married? I can't wait for the next book.

I laughed so hard that I had tears. I could visualize Kitty on stage! The trouble this girl finds!
