This one did take me a little longer to get into, only because it seemed to jump from character to character and i just hadn't gotten to know them yet. And I also didn't like the way everyone seemed to try to guilt Ellis into staying at Nags Head instead of letting her put her career first, if thats what she wanted, then she had every right to do so without having her boyfriend and friends get all high school on her! but other than that, i loved this story and it made me smile many times!!! I also loved the action at the end!!! another great book from Mary Kay Andrews!!!! A predictable, light, airy summer read. A book about Best friends sharing a battered beach-front home in Nags Head, NC for the summer. Described so well, you could smell the salt water and feel the sand in places it didn't belong. This book also offered more than envy of me wanting to be there with my best friends, but It offered a good look at camaraderie, mutual trust and friendship among BFFs who have known one another for years, thus making the perfect scenario for bringing up embarrassing past mistakes, loves, and secrets never told. I'm packing my bags and going to Nags Head! Who's with me?
Do You like book Die Sommerfrauen (2012)?
Always fun to read a book set in the Outer Banks when there is snow on the ground outside.
