Relationships. They can be complicated. You never know what the other person is thinking. Does he like me? Does she think about me just as much as I think about her? Well, the following book allows you to see one relationship from both parties by alternating points of view. Liana is taking a break from kissing boys for the summer while Hank does not believe a girl would want to kiss him. Will Liana keep the promise to herself? And will Hank be proven wrong? Liana and Hank randomly meet in the women's bathroom of a hospital, and their relationship spirals out from there. The story is told in alternating chapters from each of their points of view as they learn about each other and overcome bumps in their relationship until, at the height of summer, something happens that seems impossible to get past. For being written by two authors, in the voices of two extremely different characters, this book reads so smoothly and beautifully that I wanted to start it again as soon as I finished it. Or, as the last line says, "Like the song you need to hear at least one more time."
Do You like book Deux Têtes Dans Les étoiles (2010)?
I like the characters, they are interesting, but the flow does not always make sense.

Realistic portrayal of an Asperger's teenager. Really enjoyed Hank's narratives.
