Loved this suspenseful romance a great deal. It was a bit different from what I've been reading lately and am so happy I gave it a chance. Fiona Glass is an art professor, artist, and a profile artist to help solve cases for police and FBI. A missing girl in Atlanta is one of the cases and a huge case in south central Texas involving a serial killer that springs from a cold case 11years prior. Police chief Jack is given Fiona's name from a mutual detective friend for help in the case. Fiona is able to break through with a victim and a witness to sketch the perfect likeness of the suspect from 11 years ago to his present likeness.... I'm looking forward to more in this Glass Sisters series and other great reads from Laura Griffin. Good read! Gripping suspense with a surprise ending. It's got your bullheaded heroine with a dark past and the well meaning just as obstinate hero to match with her. Well written and keeps you guessing. There's a sequel to it that I've got on my to read list because I enjoyed the author's writing well enough and you're introduced to the character here, so it's a nice cap off to what happens to her.
