If I could give negative stars for a book, this is the one I would rate that low. In addition to almost no plot beyond Cindy insisting her husband was murdered and no one believing her, the book is so poorly formatted that the punctuation seems randomly inserted within sentences. There is no character development. There is almost nothing revealed about Barbados. Cindy's escapes from difficulties are miraculous, not believable at all. And everything is just neatly tied up at the end with all the action behind the scenes. What a disappointment. Definitely not for the more discerning reader, but if there's a market out there for this kind of thing, all good wishes to Jaden Skye.I gave this book a go on the back of a promotion because the blurb seemed quite promising.Sadly, I found the writing very weak and, as others have noted, well-sprinkled with errors. Never mind those, though, I can forgive them if the story is good. It isn't. The plot was almost non-existent and absurdly implausible, the characters poorly developed or analysed at nauseating length in the wake of the saint's (sorry, husband's) death. The whole thing was juvenile and poorly executed. Definitely try a few pages before you buy.
Do You like book Death By Honeymoon (2011)?
It was a good book, however I would have ranked it higher had there not been so many grammar errors.

2.5 stars. Very short book with a Lifetime movie feel to it.
