3 and 1/2 STARSThis is the first I read by this author, I liked it but it wasn't a lot o depth. I know it was a short story, but it just felt like it could have been more. I did like it and the 2 main characters seem to have a connection as soon as they meet after not seeing each other in a while. I don't mind short stories, this jus had something that could have been a good read, but came up short. I did not see anything wrong with writing , her writing flowed nicely, I think it needed a little more. It was worth hat I paid, and I am glad to read one of her books, I will read another by Suzanna Medeiros I feel she will only get better. I loved the premise of the story, the writing and the characters in this novella. I HATE that the author felt the need to throw in an explicit sex scene between the main characters. It was totally unnecessary. She could have cut it off when they locked the bedroom door--we are plenty able to understand what will go on behind the door! Otherwise it was a cute story!language: clean, heat level: medium
