I really like this book tho I would have loved to read more of the characters involved specially Chris and his Demon. I feel kinda disappointed when i found out this is a standalone book and that tho Dance with the Devil is a series, the other following books are more or less standalone too (i still haven't read them). The book left me wanting for more and hesitant to continue to book 2 since it's going to be a new character. But since this was really a good read, I'll read the other books of this series soon. The first time I read through this book I was more than a little confused as it skips through different case files, all out of chronological order. After reading it a couple more times, however, it is easy to see how each one builds on the next, going back and forth through time, and I enjoy how the author put it all together. This is one of those books that I can just read over and over and never get tired of and if you like Megan Derr or mysteries or fantasy than you should enjoy this book as well as it provides an interesting world and characters. Well done, I definitely recommend.
