I went into this book A) because of beautiful cover and B) because of intriguing blurb. Easy to say I stayed with it for B reason. The characters are all well developed and rounded individuals. The story is a love at first sight between two men of the same profession and their hardships both in their relationship and at work. Packed with lots of sex, romance, swoon and tears and heartbreak Dance will surely take you on a very emotional ride.I have to admit parts of the story didn't agree with me, more because of my ideas rather than the writing itself, but that didn't stop me from enjoying the story in the least. Yes, some tears (of pain and joy were shed) and I have to admit I don't cry easily with books (despite being an author and having read the Fault in Our Stars). This story left me feeling great satisfaction and immense joy, both for the plot and its characters and for having read such a wonderful book (which I discovered completely by chance and knew I had to read it the minute I read the blurb).Good job Teodora. Looking forward to Mask (oh yes, there's a second book. About a different character from Dance. And I've started reading already. That's how good this series is) 3.5 Liked very much, but did not love. I actually almost bailed after reading the first few chapters. I just kept thinking "Really? Seriously?" because of the initial writing style. It started out to me as pretty Hokey, but thankfully (editing?) got much much better. I'm glad I stuck it out because it really turned into a very sweet story. I put this one into M/M Romance Lite. An easy fun read (after the first 5 chapters) that I was able to finish in one day.
Do You like book Dance (2014)?
This sounds to good to pass. I also just want to add DAMN what a nice cover.
