Just finished the the audible book. I had difficulty with the infliction of one of the main characters and over acting of the children. It was a sweet book with some great moments but I was more curious about the plot than any interest in the characters. I probably am not a fan of cutesy children attempting to pull at the reader's heart. It didn't work for me. I was torn between two and three stars. Bottom line, I don't believe it will be a re-read. Ahhh im sorry but its a 2.2 stars book rate. Well I do enjoy these sort of books, this one was not one of them. Too much too much. I was getting more and more annoyed with the unfolding of the story and characters. I think this would of been better as one of those very short reads. Not the length it was given. And i hated the " man, cool, and babe phrases that was too over played and forced. I do love this author though and will continue to read books by this author. Til next time tah-tah
