O livro "Conquista o teu amor", comparativamente a "Entrega-te ao amor", apresenta uma notória evolução na escrita e no desenvolvimento da história criada por J.C.Reed, que neste segundo livro da trilogia, recorre muito mais vezes ao ingrediente suspense. E bem porque a obra ganha com isso e os leitores agradecem! A leitura envolve, prende e não nos deixa largar senão no "fim".Se bem que, sendo este mais um livro que termina com a história em aberto, o leitor acaba por ficar uma vez mais ansioso pela continuação e desfecho da relação entre os dois e da questão da enigmática propriedade italiana. Portanto, só me resta dizer...Venha o próximo de J.C.Reed! ...and I am still absolutely in love with Jett. After the major shocker in Surrender Your Love (where I had to physically put it down and walk away lol) and having my heart broken when they split I was eager to start book 2 to see where the story led next. I have to say I wasn't let down, from a broken Jett to being introduced to Kenny, Brooke and Sylvie back in Italy and Jett not knowing where she is since she left Italy you are instantly met with more wonderful drama!! I was hooked all over again, with Jetts possessiveness over Brooke and his determination to prove himself and win her back, I found myself not able to put my kindle down until I had finished because I needed to know what was going to happen and if they were going to get back together, because lets be honest they belong together.As action packed as book 1, full of drama, angst and emotion. Loved it!!!
Do You like book Conquer Your Love (2013)?
Finished the first book and I will say I genuinely liked the plot twist/cliffhanger. I hated the best friend. For some reason I felt she and Brooke's relationship lacked any genuine warmth and caring. Sylvie seems very self centered and bossy. Almost like she is only friends with Brooke because she can control her. I got sick and tired of Jett's comparison to a god, how dangerously hot he was. He get it, he's sex on a stick move on. It all became a bit redundant for me. Lots of potential but this just fell short for me.

Estava a espera de algo melhor, o primeiro foi mais ou menos, este tem acontecimentos engraçados mas acho que a Brooke se rendeu demasiado rápido ao Jett , salvou-se a amiga dela Sylvie com as suas tiradas brilhantes em Itália e as paisagens uma vez mais de sonho.In the end all ends well mas acho que ficou mal explicado todo o perigo inerente a vida dela para Itália bem como a história da herança do Lucazone...acho que ficaram pontas soltas!
