There are so many things I liked about this story and so many things that bugged me about Marc and Tony. I am going to have to say that it is easy to write a likeable character and challenging to write one that is just irritating enough to make our blood boil while not going so far as to alienate us, the reader, and to then make his redemption believable so that we are left satisfied, in this regard, K.C. Was masterful. Everything about the premise worked for me, and the secondary characters were well developed and felt realistic. Did I mention that Marc irritated me? Sweet, romantic love story about two virgins who eventually find their happily ever after. It was sufficiently angsty to make me want to slap one of the MCs for initially being afraid to put everything on the line for the man he claimed to love so deeply. The payoff came with a tender serenade, a sexy dance, and a public declararation of love that moved me deeply. What can I say? I will probably always be a sucker for love.
Do You like book Confetti, Cake & Confessions (2014)?
