Very cute short story that is a window into the lives of various members of the DarkRiver leopards. The story shows Dorian and Ashaya living their family life. The story is sweet and funny and shows a side of these characters that readers don't get to experience in the darker novels. I loved seeing Dorian, Ashaya, and Keenan and how they have managed to make a life together. There are also visits by Clay and Tally with their adopted children Noor and Jon. The plot of the story concerns Ashaya's baking for the pack's upcoming holiday party. This is a free story that Singh provides to her newletter subscribers. I very much appreciate that she provides these small windows into the characters with whom her readers have fallen in love. I absolutely loved this short story starting Dorian, Shaya and Keenan along with Clay, Tally, Noor, Jon & Kit. It's a perfect little slice of family life and we get to see how close the families are and enjoy watching them spend an afternoon together doing normal family things like baking cakes for a Christmas party. The kids are all adorably sweet and I love seeing how happy everyone is. I don't think this could have been more perfect (unless it had been longer - I could have read a whole book like that! LOL)
Do You like book Christmas In The Kitchen (2012)?
I love this little bits of my favorite series!
