My favorite essays/blog posts were the same as had been my favorite on her blog, so there wasn't much new for me in this book. I can see how someone who wasn't familiar with her blog and read it regularly for awhile would be wowed. My favorites wowed me again. There was great reflection and depth and sharing. I am still thinking about the idea of dreams and destinies not necessarily being the same thing, and that being a beautiful difference. Main take away: people need to be nicer. The author is a blogger that was requested to write a book. It seems that most of the stories were compiled from her blogs. She writes of different events in her life. How she came from many addictions to going cold turkey. She is brutally honest with her self and that is what made her journey from addictions successful. I enjoyed many of the stories but the randomness of the compilation of blogs was a little underwhelming.
