It isn't necessary for me to say again how much I like Brie. I believe I've said it many times before. I just think she's so fun and sweet. Even when she's sad and crying, she's adorable. And, yes, poor Brie did a lot of crying in this novella. She had very good reasons to do that. First her Master became rather distant, closed off and not willing to share his past with her. And for Brie, who's made her life's mission to make Sir happy, that was a bitter pill to swallow. Then making of her documentary wasn't going the way she thought it would. Because of it she had to reach out to Blonde Nemesis, and convince her to co-operate. Not an easy task.On top of that she had an unfortunate run-in with a sleazy wanna-be Dom, which almost led to a disaster. Oh, and in between she had some disturbing dreams about someone she shouldn't be dreaming about. But, on the brighter side, she made friends with an old lover. A lover I believe we'll be seeing in the next part... I love Sir more and more as this story progresses. They way he has opened up to Brie is heart warming and so sincere. I love to see how they've grown as a couple. Especially faced with some almost tragic events that occur at a reopened BDSM club. Sir let's us see more about his past and really shows what a deep, multifaceted, and tragic character he really is. I'm realizing we're about half way through this book at this point and I'm already feeling sad about it :(
