Again Deja King has delivered! However, I want the series to be over because I feel like it is tiring out. I love how the story picked right back up with Aaliyah being in jail and awaiting her trial. She really learns a lot about who is really down for her and who isn't. Everyone is feeling the pressure of the Aaliyah and a war is brewing on the streets. The only questions left is will Aaliyah go to prison? Will Supreme and Precious marriage survive? And who is really your friend? ‘No more drama in your life, work real hard to make a dime...'Aaliyah Mills Carter is on trial for murder of celebrity Sway Stone and attempted murder of her ex-bestie, Justina Morgan. After spending months in jail proclaiming her innocence, her mentality hardens as the man she loves, Amir, turns his back on her to support her enemy when she’s at her lowest. Her family is turning over all stones desperately seeking the key to unlock information that will clear Aaliyah of this hideous charge. With so much money and power backing her, will it be beneficial or just useless prestige? Will this rich princess shed her prison garb and have her tiara placed on her head once again? Her family always has drama…will the lying, cheating and deceit tear this kingdom? When love is truly questioned, friendships put to the ultimate test, who can and will emerge victoriously? As Aaliyah has been forced to shed the baby girl glasses, can she stand in the shoes of The Last Bitch Standing…does Boss Bitch flow through her veins, or will the glare blind her as snakes seek her downfall?Boss Bitch is just as good as I thought it would be, the beginning very intense and intriguing. Deja has interwoven so many characters in the riveting tale that the swagalistic dynamics are almost lethally electric! Deja’s skills continue to mesmerize the reader but I would like to see her spin more ugliness to the gift, the reads are too neatly packaged. I’d love to see her incorporate more street instead of soap opera fiction to her series. Editing needs improvement, and was distracting, but all in all a very pleasant and captivating read with another inconclusive ending. 3.88
