I have to admit that I liked this novel the least so far in the series. Although the plot was tightly woven and there was good character development, there were a few scenes in the book I didn't like. In past books, Kellerman has made sexual references, but they were all in good taste, alluding to what was about to transpire behind closed doors. I liked it that way. In this book, there are a few scenes between two teenagers that were a little too explicit for my taste. Because of that, I gave the book 3 stars instead of my normal 4.I am going on to read the rest of the series. There was very little Riva in this book. Gabe is a good character to keep the Lazarus/Decker young and involved with students.Chris is a psychopath, but he's a likable one (kind of) and it is much better to have him on your side than as your enemy. Gabe's relationship with both of his parents is complicated, but as he becomes an older teen he seems to be coping.I had a hard time putting this book down.
Do You like book Blood Games (2011)?
Great mystery. Not crazy about Gabe and his girlfriend but do see how she connected things.

Not one of her better ones but it does tie up things from one of her other stories.
