There's not much to say about this, except that it's cliché as hell. At no point was I itching to see what happens, because I'd already guessed. And it's not the kind of guessing you look forward to seeing happen either. The romance was cute at best. The sex? As boring as it is redundant.Heck, the only reason I finished the book was because I was halfway through when I decided it wasn't worth it, but since it was small, I thought I might as well. And there's a sequel. And I know I'm not going anywhere near it! OMG, even the dialogue was lame!Cute cover though. This is a M/M Romance - you have been warned!B&N Synopsis:Sometimes you just have to come right out and ask the question. After months of exploring his bisexuality on his own, college student Chase Randolph is ready for a night out on the town—all the way “out”. He never expected Alex Landry to witness his first experimental sexual encounter, though. Chase has been attracted to his best friend and roommate forever, but one thing is sure: Alex is straight. So straight, he’s never caught on to Chase’s mixed tastes.Alex assures Chase they will always be friends, but privately, his own reaction shocks him. An ex-jock isn’t supposed to fantasize about his roommate. Not supposed to need another man’s kiss so badly it makes him sweat. He was prepared to change direction after his football career ended before it began, but change this drastically? As Chase and Alex struggle to come to terms with the changes in their relationship, jealousy pushes friendship to the brink—of disaster…or love.I love this type of story - particularly in gay romance - where a "straight" boy is exposed to another way of thinking about his sexuality, through discovering that with the right person, love supersedes gender, and sex isn't something to fear, but a way to express that love. Beautiful. Sure, there's the jealousy and fear of the unknown, and of other people's judgement, but love triumphs in the end. And the sex is HOT! What's not to like? This is a prequel, and I admit, I haven't read the book Coming Full Circle. I think its on my To Read list, just haven't gotten to it yet!
