**4.5 StarsWhat a great read! This story was fast paced and kept this reader's interest from start to finish. In addition to an entertaining story, the two main characters were both very likeable. There was the noble hero in Gabriel who was dealt a difficult responsibility of being a demon slayer. Tegan Ashton a victim of an attack which held her world in limbo for four years, until the man destined to help slay her dragons and bring her back to life.An enjoyable read with a great combination of fairytale,paranormal and romance. An enjoyable paranormal read. Tegan, was attacked by a demon. She didn't stay a victim of his attack, very refreshing! Gabe, the detective hired by Tegan to rid her of her attacker, has a large problem of guilt concerning his girlfriend, and could prevent him from carrying on with his life. Together, Tegan and Gabe work together to get rid of the demon, (her attacker), and hopefully move on with their lives.
