About book Batwoman, Vol. 3: World's Finest (2013)
Best one of the series! There's action and they expand the world outside of Gotham, which I found interesting. They also - or at least seemed like it to me - merged the art style of Batwoman and Wonder Woman. I have only read the first volume of Wonder Woman in the New 52 but this made me want to continue her story arc.Batwoman's story arc is completed and left little open. Can't wait for the next volume. So here's my thing. I like this character. Batwoman/Kate Kane, I mean. I get her, understand her. As a Christian I have a huge issue with the lesbian thing, but beyond that, I do like the character. The art in these Batwoman comics are some of the best I've yet seen, as well.A little problem, though. With this volume, I had really just had it. It's not enough to have ghosts, monsters, and werewolves. Now we have Wonder Woman, Greek gods and monsters, people turning to stone as they look upon Medusa. Seriously! Why I go to Gotham for my superheroes is to avoid this very kind of crap. It's gone on for far too long. Batwoman is a character in her own right and doesn't need to be compartmentalized into the fantasy genre. This is the Batman/Batwoman universe, not Supernatural. Let's hope the next comic is better.

Really enjoyed these. I wish all comic books had this level of story and art.
