This is the story of Hope and Jack, both of whom are still licking their wounds from their recent divorces. When they meet, there is an immediate attraction but with both hesitant to proceed into new relationships, they falter and flail as they find themselves and their way. I was disappointed with this book, there is so much potential in this idea but I felt that the depth of the pain and fear of entering a new relationship after divorce was quite superficial. I was also a little annoyed at the very obvious 'misunderstandings' between the 2 characters that led to arguments, hurt feelings and obsessive behaviour. On a more positive note, I did actually like the characters and felt that they were well developed. The story was interesting and I followed with hope that it would all work out.
