Lo stile di Wallace mi ha ricordato tantissimo quello di Nick Hornby. Soprattutto perché la storia è raccontata in prima persona da un uomo di circa 30 anni in una fase particolare della sua vita. La storia d'amore che leggete in quarta di copertina è marginale ma complementare al racconto. Mi è piaciuto molto, soprattutto perché ho empatizzato terribilmente con la vita di Jason, e non parlo della vita sentimentale ma proprio della fase della vita in cui si trova. I didn't like this book very much. It was another one of those books I read because I like reading, not because it was particularly enthralling. Still, when I did force myself to read it at night, I found myself reading with pleasure, though not enough to keep me excited to go home and finish it during school. It was another boy stalks girl book like Attachments, but I liked Attachments better. This book was more cynical and I thought the author tried too hard to make it funny when it wasn't funny at all. I liked the ending, though.
