People give her so much crap for not being intelligent or being bad at politics and even as being a mother. I have not yet read going rouge but this book was incredible. I listened to the audio read by palin! Her passion for this country and her family is amazing! I also watched her show and to say that she is not incredible as a person as well as a great parent and does things the way many of us were brought up is a statement made by someone ignorant. This book has heart and will make you appreciate God family and the USA more afterwards!!! I enjoyed this book. As a Democrat, I was very curious to hear what Ms. Palin had to say about her life and run for the VP position. I'm not certain if she wrote the book word for word, however it is a well written story. There are times where she tends to ramble, and is a bit of a bible thumper, but it all works out.I'm not saying that she's turned me into a Republican, however I think I now have a better understanding of what a Christian Conservative may believe.
Loved every page of this book. I could Hear Sarah talking to me with every chapter.
