The story was compelling, it was written well and at some points, Hashim really connected with the reader. Sure, at some points it got rather bizarre. As Abdullah's journy progressed, the story seemed to divide into sub-stories and sometimes it felt I was reading separate disjointed stories rather than one single book but the book had enough appeal to keep me reading till the end.
