This 6th book in the Bewitching Mystery series is a good entry. Maggie's relationships grow, and her sister needs her help as she is due to give birth. Marcus is very much a part of her life, and they help each other figure out the death of the maintenance man from the hospital. Chance encounters, spirit guides and gossip all come together to make sense of the death. Maggie is a character you want to visit again, and her life is surrounded by unique and interesting people. A good series to follow Our favorite empath is visiting her sister in the hospital, a place Maggie dislikes almost as much as cemetaries and funeral homes, and for the same reasons. After all, an empath would be bombarded with pain and mysery in all 3 places. The only incongruency I see here is that the hospital would probably be the worst - after all people are already dead in the other 2, and probably did not leave their feelings behind. Although, the grief and pain of the families would drastically color the air in all 3, so good point after all. After having read several of the series, I still don't like Maggie's sister Mel or their Mother, and some of the other characters seem a little bizarre, but overall they are a good group, and although weird, would be those I would like to know more about. The situation with Greg - totally expected. The situation with Danny - wow! What a surprise. I will keep reading this series!

Cute, easy-read, somewhat predictable. Figured it out about half way through.
