3.5 star's... I really wanted to love this book really did but .....I HATED James .. .. in my mind I rewrote the ending and junk punched james like 20 times .I also gave bony blond and zara a nasty STI and had them fired, made them lose teeth , gain weight in all the wrong places , and had them go bald (something painful caused by hair dye) . In my mind James has to suffer through Maya and DJ dating, also her getting asked out and hit on during and after her pregnancy :)..... James dosn't deserve Maya . I can't stress how much I hate this "hero" . I'm glad how things turned out. I didn't think Maya had it in her. The Maya we knew from the first book is so different from the Maya in this sequel, she's more mature and logical. James on the other hand deserved Maya's treatment and though I hated him more, I admired his perseverance and I was hoping for their reconciliation. And what a lovely way to end their story. This series needs more readers and to think the author is only 22 says so much about her talent. New fan here! ;)
