Then the town decides they will sell the house just the same and this will still cause Dara Rose to leave.Another man comes in the picture and offers to marry Dara so she will have a home but he doesn't want her daughters, she will have to give them up.Christmas is upon this broken family and it seems that fate will not be good for the widow.This book grabs at your heart and will keep you having some mean feelings for the uncaring mayor and other things.Linda Leah Miller always give a great story line and she doesn't fail this time either. This is one of those books you read when you need something to leave you with a smile on your face when finished! The story of Clay McKettrick and Dara Rose Nolan is a well crafted Western Historical Romance that totally captures just exactly how hard life could be in the 1900's but also how fulfilling life could be as people back then never took for granted simple pleasures that came few and far between for some and not at all for others.
Do You like book A Lawman's Christmas (2011)?
This one is worth reading just for the little girl (Elrinda? something like that).
