This is my first time reading this author and it is a very well written book. I struggled with the rating because although it is well written, I left feeling like I didn't understand the main message of the book. Sure mc/biker books are sometimes a work of fluff but with this one, I felt certain that it was leading up to a deep and meaningful message. I think that perhaps editing down the book and making it a tighter read may help Wow.... I just have so many mix feeling about this one. I mean time passes by really quick and at the same time it doesn't. So many things go on. At times I felt the story could just keep going on and on. You will love some stuff, you will get angry at some point, you will hate some characters, you will cry (I did and I'm not a crier), you'll feel like slapping some of them, but at the end I think you will love it like I did.It't told on a third person and it tells the story of Joe (enforcer for the Freaks MC). He is a nomad and he is used to long runs and not come back to his home city often enough. Don't want to spoil the story to any one. So you must read it. I promise you won't be disappointed.
