I like this story. Abigail was a bright city girl who wrote for her mother's magazine as an investigative reporter. She was writing an article about Wade that wasn't going to sit well with him. This was an emotional book and I kept thinking, "Don't do it" while Abigail was writing her story.Wade was a very handsome ex-rodeo champion who was hiding from his past and wanted to stay away from women. I loved the ending, especially Wade's insight. The characters were well developed and Wade's daughter, Maddy, was a likable young girl. If you like Christian Romance, you will like A Cowboy's Touch. I really liked this book. It's a love story, so what's not to love. Abigail is sent to live with her Aunt Lucy by her family because she needs to take some time off work. Wade Ryan lives there. He was once voted the sexiest man. He used to be a big rodeo stud until his wife died, leaving him alone to deal with Maddie, their daughter. Maddie is a fun loving, spunky cowgirl who holds the key to her father's heart. Wade moved to the small town to get away from all the fame. Abigail is hired for the position of Abigail's nanny. From that point on, they all three create a bond. Abigail and Wade start dating. Abigail started to write a story about him to save her mother's magazine company. Wade finds out and is outraged. They break up. Then he goes to a rodeo that she is attending. They literally ride off into the sunset. They get married.
