[It wasn't raining when Noah built the ark.] What a great way to start the new year! Just finished reading it for FREE! on my paperwhite kindle 1/18/2014. Mr. Thorpe makes money matters very interesting, this is not a dull read. I have read other money, budget books before and had to force myself to finish the book. However, there was no forcing needed to read this book. I wanted to read on and read more. I would have to say this book really made me wanting to reap every morsel of wisdom the author was sharing. He gives honest and clearly defined ways (925 Ways) of taking care of your money. It makes me wish I had saved lots of money starting at childhood. He shares it like listening to a wise father or grandfather giving you truthful and wise words to live by. Very human and friendly writing on the topic of money, not stiff or uptight but down to earth. He makes you want to be wiser with your blessings and share them to be a blessing to others in this life. Well done book! I will be making an appointment to talk about my investments this week. I will be donating items to Salvation Army and Goodwill to let go of items I don't need.
Applicable to an American lifestyle. Somewhat contradict to some of Suze Orman's financial advice.
