I loved this book. After the first chapter I was worried it wouldn't pull me in, but a few pages later, right in the beginning, it threw a curveball. Loved it. Throughout the book I wanted to know more and more and got lost in this book every time I read another page, which is one of the best parts. I thought the ending was heart wrenching, and the real ending was amazing. Both made me cry. It is definitely worth the read. It is fairly short, but packs a wonderful story in a few pages. Freedom always has a price. K.C. Hilton sends that message out in this book really good. I really don't want to write a spoiler review for you so I will not tell you any of the plot line. If you are looking for a fast paced action adventure book this is the one for you. We meet a lot of characters that all have their problems and somehow K.C. pulls it all together in the end. If you are looking for a change in your style of reading and going to a more contemporary feel than purchase this book you will not regret it.
